This nice apartment is located on the ground floor of a little residential complex in the old centre of Los Llanos. The building was constructed in 2008 and consists of four apartments. Through narrow alleys you reach the big square (Plaza de España) which is known as the meeting place for citizens and tourists, only at 5 minutes walkingdistance. Lots of services, such as supermarket, restaurants, bars, medical centre, etc. are all easily reached by foot. The bus station is about 10 minutes walking from the apartment, from where you can reach all the unique places of the island (beaches Puerto Naos and Tazacorte, the north, the capital Santa Cruz and lots of other places, thanks to a well developed bus network.
Los Llanos is also known for its countless cultural events (theatre, music, etc.), which are mainly taking place in the same centre square, Plaza de España.
The monthly contribution to the association of owners amounts to €55,- and there is also the possibility to obtain a private parking space in the cellar of the building, including a closable storage of aprox. 12m² (price 20.000€).
