Facilities

Connected to the main house, but separately accessible, is an approx. 20 m² large studio with its own shower/bath and a large terrace with a small outdoor kitchen and awning. The larger of the two individual guesthouses has a living space of approx. 65 m², divided between a large living and dining room with a ceiling made of Canary Island wood and a kitchen unit, a large bedroom and a spacious shower bath. To the front of the house there is an approx. 28 m² large, roofed terrace, a small utility room for the washing machine and own lushly planted garden areas. The smaller of the two individual guesthouses has a living space of approx. 45 m², divided between a living and dining room with a ceiling made of Canary Island wood and a kitchen unit, a bedroom and a shower bath. To the front of the house there is an approx. 9 m² large, roofed terrace, a small utility room for the washing machine and a lushly planted garden area. The complex is complemented by various outbuildings that are necessary and helpful for running the complex: a 36 m² large multifunction building is currently used as a massage room, workshop and storeroom. This could easily be converted into a further bungalow; a 20 m² large building provides space for the laundry room and office; a 14 m² large workshop room is planned as a potential extension for the studio apartment. The comprehensive, technical facilities also include construction according to German standard, insulated windows, air-conditioning units, marble heaters, Multiclean-WC-seats with shower/bidet function and blow drier, solar units for warm water, cabinet safes, emergency exit illumination, fire extinguishers, satellite TV, Internet, radio security cameras an much more. Location of resort & other information

The small resort with a beautiful, established tropical garden is situated in a completely quiet and unique location on the edge of the town Las Manchas de abajo at an altitude of 420 above sea level on the sunny west side of La Palmas and provides the ideal starting point for walking and cycling tours or a day at the seaside. A small shop that sells everyday items is approx. 1.5 km away, the cities Los Llanos de Aridane and El Paso are each about 10 km far away, the next sandy beach is approx. 7 km and it is about 30 km to the international airport.

An important part of the complex is the separately situated, very tastefully designed spa area with an 8m x 4m large, heatable pool, lawns, changing cubicles, sauna, outdoor shower and a wonderful view of the sea. Numerous, artistic mural paintings, a panorama terrace, approx. 50 fruit trees, a vegetable garden and the beautiful tropical garden with uncountable flowers, many palm trees, trees and bushes are also part of the repertory. In addition to the current use, a residence for senior citizens or larger bungalow complex are possible for example. According to the building authorities for tourism many more beds for tourists are possible (max. approx. 36). Sheltered from the wind in an absolutely quiet location.
