LAW ON THE DATA PROTECTION

La Palma Vacant, as a mediator, is very aware of the sensitivity of your data. This is therefore highly respected and treated with the utmost confidentiality, in accordance with the current legislation (Article 15/1999 and Royal Decree 1720/2007). According to this law, your data will be included in our file that is and remains the property of La Palma Vacant. ASSIGNMENT AND HONORARIUM CALCULATION

La Palma Vacant is responsible as a real estate agent for brokerage in real estate, between buyer and seller. For this mediation, which leads to a sale, commission is due. If buyer and seller, as a result of our actions, contact each other directly to deal with the purchase, the claim to commission remains. An assignment for the seller does not exclude that we can also charge the other party commission.

RELATIONSHIP TO THE SELLER

The current conditions are binding for our assignment. If the seller wishes to terminate the sales order, La Palma Vacant must be notified immediately. Price changes must also be reported immediately.

HONORARY PRICES UNDER THE SELLER:

When realizing a purchase agreement, a commission of 3% on the agreed sales price is due, with a minimum of 1,800 €. The local taxes of 7% is not included.

If, due to circumstances, a provisional purchase contract is necessary, 50% of the commission must be paid when drawing the provisional purchase contract, and another 50% for the actual transfer to the notary.

RELATIONSHIP TO THE BUYER

The search is the basis for our assignment. If this is changed or the buyer sees it completely, we must be informed accordingly. All offers are based on the offer from us or other sources and are made to the best of our knowledge and subject to error. With a purchase agreement, all necessary documents, confirmations, proofs etc. are taken care of and the purchase is prepared at the notary until the transfer.
